Has life been turned upside down by a decline in good health?
If it's ever happened to you then you probably know how much pain it causes. You go through feelings of helplessness, anxiety and fear. Not just you but your friends and family.
I know because it happened to me too. Back in 2012, I was suffering from chronic pain, depression and I couldn't sleep. I was on many medications with horrible side effects--I gained 50 lbs on top of everything else.
My life started to turn around when I finally tried yoga. When my doctor first suggested it, I was skeptical, but to my surprise, it actually worked--and it worked well!
After just three classes, my hip pain was better. After seven classes, the pain was gone.
This lead me to explore other natural solutions to health problems - exercise and nutrition. In 2016, I earned my Diploma in Kinesiology from the College of New Caledonia. I also got my Personal Training Certification from the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP) -- the best certification available in Canada.
How I can help
You want to lose fat, have more energy, eliminate pain, relieve stress and just feel good. I have designed a number of programs to help you achieve these goals, through the use of strength, aerobic and endurance training in the form of personal training and several fun, safe and effective group training options.
I'll show you how to finally take control of your health using proven physical activity and nutritional principles I learned while training for my kinesiology diploma and my CSEP certification. I've helped others overcome all kinds of health issues. Now I can use the same methods to help you.
I know what you're going through because I've been through it myself. You will get all my support and assistance to overcome your issues and become a better version of yourself.
GROUP BOOTCAMP FITNESS
This will be a high intensity, fun and safe indoor group fitness bootcamp adaptable for people of all fitness levels using TRX, body weights, free weights and resistance bands, in order to gain strength, lose fat and have fun. You will work out with a group of people, similar to you all wanting a challenging and effective work out. I'll be there to push you, motivate you and make sure you're performing all exercises safely and correctly. Classes are Monday-Friday at 5:30am, 9:15am and 12:15pm

BABY AND ME BOOTCAMP
Bond with your baby and get into shape in a child friendly fitness environment. No need to place your baby into child care and out of your sight. Babies are incorporated into many of the exercises and will be at arms length when the exercise doesn't include them. Classes run Moday-Friday at 10:00am.
